Planning Your Visit

• The time you choose is your arrival window and you may enter the Gardens at any time during this period and enjoy the grounds for as long as you wish. Gates close 15 minutes before closing.
• Butterfly Magic hours: 9:30am - 3:00pm
• The Great Garden Express hours: Tuesday - Sunday, 9:00am - 2:00pm
• Edna's Eatery is open 7 days a week. Check the website for seasonal hours.
• Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and July 4th
• Tickets are not transferable.

For Members

• Members receive free Admission with proof of membership and do not need to make reservations. However, having your ticket at the door will allow for quicker entry.
• Please sign in to reserve your ticket(s). If you have not created an account before, create an account by entering your information. If your phone number or email match your current record, your membership will be automatically synced to your account.

Guests & Discounts

• If you are bringing a guest as part of your membership benefits, please use the Member Adult option for your guest.
• If you are using a guest pass, please leave them off your reservation and upon arrival, tell Admissions you'll be using a guest pass.
• Valid ID is required on arrival for student, senior, & military discounts.
• Other discount passes, such as the Library Culture Pass, Chase Arts & Culture Card, or Entertainment Book Coupon, can only be redeemed in person.

Refund & Reschedule Policy

• We are not able to refund online ticket purchases. We are happy to reschedule your visit for another date/time. Please call (520)326-9686 ext. *27 for assistance.

Photography Disclaimers

• Personal photos are allowed throughout the Gardens.
• Commercial use of photographs is prohibited without the full written consent of Tucson Botanical Gardens.
• During your visit, you may be filmed or photographed by Tucson Botanical Gardens employees or contracted professionals. Your admission to the Gardens serves as permission for the use of your image by Tucson Botanical Gardens.
